“I have been taking my pup tekila here for about 5 years now and I've never had an issue. I have always been told when grooming will take longer than expected, and they have been patient with me when I can't pick her up right away. Tuki had a really bad experience with her previous groomer. They trimmed a part of her hair too far and took a part of her skin round her stomach. When I took her the first time she was nervous and shaking. I was introduced to a weekly treatment that helped her skin heal and her hair grow back. Now when I take her I don't even need to put her on a leash. She is excited and kisses the receptionist and her groomer too. I don't worry when she is there because i know the staff is trained and know what they are doing, on top of that. The photo shoots are really nice. I try to get them every chance I get.”

“Took my best friend Derrick here for a teddy bear / lions mane cut yesterday and the groomer did an excellent job! The only thing, the price was listed at $110, and I put my deposit down for $35, and charged $130 (so I owed $90). There was no explanation for this price change.<br><br>I was very nervous to leave my baby here at first because this is a new groomer and it’s a shared dog and cat facility, plus my cat will throw hands while being groomed. I met the groomer and she was so pleasant, gentle, and trustworthy that I knew my best friend was in good hands. Derrick (my cat) is still getting use to the trim but I did notice that there were small bruises on his coat which is caused by matting. To prevent this in the future, the groomer showed me what tool I needed because I had no idea they could bruise from even small matts. Anyway, I appreciate you ladies at k9 feline cuts, thank you for being kind to my best friend and see you soon!! Xo”

Be forewarned--they are rightly POPULAR now, so don't think you can get in for a grooming by trying to schedule a week in advance. I typically book the next two upcoming appointments rather than just one so that I'm absolutely sure that the near future, at least, is covered! What's more, after Poco's grooming at Bubbles and Brushes for Paws this past June, I asked them if they'd take a photo--and it's one of my favorite photos EVER of the two of us. So I include it here.”
