Absolutely Pawfect Online is a CPR certified grooming salon with over 25 years of experience, offering full service grooming for dogs and cats. They are skilled in handling animals with special needs, such as vocal or overly excited pets, and those that are frightened of being groomed. The salon is skin and coat certified, as well as salon sanitation certified, ensuring the use of quality products and adherence to AKC breed standard haircuts. They also offer hair restoration services and are a member of the IBPSA International Boarding and Pet Services Association. Customers appreciate the patience and reassurance provided by the staff. The staff helped a cat feel comfortable and left the customer feeling confident in the grooming process. The staff were able to do nail trimming without sedation, showing kindness and moral support. Customers are told when grooming will take longer than expected and the staff have been patient. A weekly treatment helped a pup's skin heal and hair grow back, and now the pup is excited and kisses the staff. Customers don't worry when their pets are there because the staff is trained and knows what they are doing. The photo shoots are really nice. Grooming on both dogs was very well done, and the groomer advised a customer to check up on their dog's ear with their vet, which did indeed look reddened. Customers are happy with the results, the process, and pricing were explained upfront by friendly and attentive staff. The staff did an awesome job on a fluffy frenchie, his fur is soft, shiny, and he smells very good. Customers will definitely be returning.
Absolutely Pawfect does great work on our 2 small dogs. The staff is timely, they communicate well, and accommodate any special requests we have. We've tried a few other places but we've learned our lesson. Absolutely worth the price to have people we can trust.
This is the BEST dog grooming place I’ve been to! Liz (my dog Tank’s groomer) is INCREDIBLE. She is the only groomer that Tank felt comfortable with. I was fully expecting to pay extra because he usually gives groomers a hard time, but they said he was an angel🥹 Liz always does such an incredible job and I’d be devastated if she ever left!
The owner is also so kind and caring - spent 30 min on the phone with me when I inquired about enrichment during grooming and after discussing, she recommended other options for my dog’s behavior/resource guarding… they actually care and aren’t there to add on unnecessary services just to make money. My dog is high-energy and can be nervous, and they handled her with so much patience and care. She did get a little anxious at times (which I expected), but they worked with her instead of forcing anything.
