Had my first ever eye exam by Dr. Larissa Pundy today [under Diane Lis, OD]. Basic eye exam is $65. I signed a form specifically stating I don’t mind paying an extra $20 for pupil dilation and that I DO NOT want to pay for retinal photography. Her staff both said she would explain this to me. She did not.During the exam Dr.Pundy was going through the motions of the exam. I had already told her and her staff I’ve never had an eye exam before and didn’t know what to expect. She then tells me to sit in front of this machine and to stare at it so she can check my eyes. Then she quickly says “oh can I take a pic?” I’m assuming this is apart of the basic exam.
