The work was done well, with some minor, minor blips. (Nothing that would scare me away from calling this crew back for other jobs) When we got the bill, we had a few disputes and are handling that currently. The star of my review is Karrie. She was the person helping us throughout a lot of our billing questions, and with any issues we had. Her customer service, professionalism, and ability to inform us of things we did not understand, were a 10/10. “I had a serious issue with puppy stains and was uncertain if they would come out. Patrick and his partner pretreated them with a special enzyme spray, and it started to draw the stains out right away. The carpet wasn't drenched and dried in 24 hours just like Patrick said it would. Very reasonably priced as well. I especially appreciated that Patrick followed up with me this year to see if I needed any services, as I have used Matrix before and will continue to whenever I need to. I highly recommend Matrix!“

“Stop looking! These guys are amazing. The details and care they go through to care for your house goes well beyond other companies. Trust me, I know. I've rented carpet cleaning machines through a hardware store I worked for and lived next to a guy who owned his own carpet cleaning company. I know quality when I see it. This is a small company that cares, not a franchise surviving on up sales. The knowledge of carpet is not going to be found on some crew sent out to clean and get out. I learned alot about the various carpets in my home. They even told me an area rug we have wasn't worth having cleaned. Who does that? I'd say they they lost money but we have neighbors already interested in hiring Carpet Wiser after seeing and hearing about out great experience. Enough of my babbling, call them.
