I had an issue with how the job was initially performed. However, the company was very responsive, returned the very next day, and corrected everything properly. I truly appreciate their commitment to making it right and handling the situation so quickly. Great customer service and follow-through. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

David was our guy, and though new to Ernst, he took his time and great pains to deliver the service we have come to expect. Clean windows are a big deal to us and he delivered. This was the 2nd or 3rd time we had the job done inside and out, but the first for the screens. Since no hose was used on them (have always done my own with a hose aiding getting all residue from the indentations) the level of pristine was not reached. At $3 per screen, next time I'll make the time to do my own. OVERALL, EXCELLENT! Thank you.
