As an interior designer, I am incredibly particular about the vendors I trust with both my own home and our clients’ homes, and Hayward consistently exceeds expectations. Craig is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. They have cleaned my antique rugs, newer rugs, and carpeting, and every single time the results have been outstanding. The quality of the rug cleaning was beyond my expectations. Rugs that I thought were permanently stained or worn came back looking refreshed, vibrant, and noticeably cleaner.
