This was a great experience for us. Simon came out and explained what we needed to do and what they would do. He detailed our options for the type of door for our garage. Green T worked around our schedule as we were having our house painted at the same time. On installation day, we were notified that our installer, John Clark was on his way. We were amazed that one guy was able to complete this task. John exhibited a fantastic work ethic that is so rare today. We are very pleased.

Life being a little busy, I WISH I had her name, called me back on time and we discussed the services Green T offers. I have used them in the past, however, nice in being reminded of what can be done that I may overlook. I made the appointment, she is always professional, courteous, fun, like a family member (yes, am asking she be recognized please). The service rep came on time, wanted to see what needed to be done, and off to work he went. He did tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning and hard wood floor cleaning, He (Cesar) worked diligently and quickly was very courteous and polite. These people ROCK! Appointment was set for 11-2. At 1030 the office called and said the prior job was running long and "would we mind moving the appointment to 3-6pm today?" I said ok. Tech showed up at 415 and was done by 530. He inspected the door and told us what was needed and we agreed.He did the normal door maintenance (lubrication, tightening and adjustments); He replaced the rusty top and bottom door plates, replaced a pair of 7' cables; replaced the door drums and replaced 6 sets of short rollers.
