Michael showed up and walked me through the entire process "pre bid" he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Then just as importantly they showed up and did exactly what he said. We had a new build out at our offices recently so there was a lot of dust and small debris to contend with and never did he try and "upsell" me on anything.
