Had another great experience with Quality Carpet Cleaning this morning. It was the first time in our new home. As usual my experience with Michael the owner was wonderful. Though our carpet was only two years old it definitely needed it in the traffic areas Once again my wife and I were delighted with how our carpet turned out and very satisfied with the service we received. Michael was very informative on the phone and explained the process in detail so we felt comfortable and knew what to expect. We received quotes from more than three different carpet cleaning businesses and the cost that Michael quoted us was very fair and offered the same services as the competition. Michael and Juan arrived about 10 minutes early which was perfect so they could set up and begin work promptly at the time they said they would start. They were happy to go over trouble spots more than once and use other cleaners in order to get the tough stains out. We are very pleased with how our carpets and area rug turned out after the pros at Quality Carpet Cleaning came out. Our carpets were in dire need of a good cleaning--they are old and had pet stains. Michael suggested a cleaning plan that cleaned and sanitized the carpet. The area rug, which is wool, looks absolutely stunning now. They provided outstanding service at a very reasonable price. We can recommend them without reservation and intend to use them again.
