“Ivan and his crew were awesome! Quick chat with Ivan, I had a fair quote and a super quick estimate and when the job could get done. What more could you ask for?
Crew was super knowledgeable and talked me through everything they were doing. The work itself looks great! The guys were quick, clean, and helpful!
Will be using Optimal Solutions again when I need something done. Highly recommend Optimal Solutions.”
“Just had John out to clean our driveway and front walk. Could not be happier. We’ve had it done by other people several times, but nothing could compare to John’s work. Honestly, it looks as if we have a brand new stamped concrete drive. Thank you John, can’t wait u til November to see the great job you will do for our gutter cleaning. Will definitely have you and your services from now on!”
“The crew is professional, punctual, and clearly experienced with roof replacement and installation. They walked us through the process, answered every question, and used high-quality materials that look great and should hold up for years to come. The project was completed efficiently, and cleanup afterward was spotless.
It's rare to find a roofing contractor who combines skilled craftsmanship with this level of communication and attention to detail even with HOA compliance. If you're in a community with strict roofing requirements and need a reliable, knowledgeable team, Klemm Exteriors is who I'd trust. Highly recommend for a roof installation or replacement project!”
