“came here after a work injury, care was very prompt and VERY respectful(i was referred to with my preferred names and was asked about my pronouns, which i am not used to but am always grateful for as a trans person who frequents a lot of urgent cares as a chronically ill human). they listened to my concerns and frustrations, treated me as a person, and got me out within 1.5 hours! please remember that the nurses and receptionists that work here are people, and you will receive way better treatment when you treat your fellow human with respect and care! nurses and receptionists do NOT dictate wait times, so don’t blame them if your visit takes a little longer than you’d like. will definitely be coming back to this location :)“

“I went to Midwest Express Clinic with a bruised toenail and scheduled my visit an hour before showing up. They were able to get me in and out of there within 30 minutes, after draining my toe. Very good service and kind staff! Definitely recommend coming here to anyone, and this will be where I come anytime I need an Urgent Care.“

And the doctor actually gave me helpful options and recommendations for a health issue I’ve been struggling with for years, while previous doctors didn’t really say much and would just shrug it off. “The are really kind I went to this Urgent Care a few days ago. I usually get very nervous when I have to get my blood drawn because I’m really scared of needles. I told the young man who was taking my blood that I was very scared, and he kindly said, “Don’t worry.”

He was so gentle and careful that I barely felt anything. It was the easiest blood draw I’ve ever had, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. I really appreciate it!“

“Been going to this PT location for almost 4 months to help me recover my mobility and strength I must say in the beginning, I didn’t have much faith in physical therapy, but at this point, the staff is phenomenal they work with you to understand your situation how you feel your aches and pains, and every little extra necessary to help you gain your recovery I give them five stars because they are the best highly recommend them. definite 10 ??GREAT! “I want to recognize Haxhi Rojba for his professionalism and kindness during a recent fire drill in the building. He went above and beyond by assisting me and my nephew, helping us safely down from the third floor of the parking lot to the designated meeting point. His actions showed true care and responsibility, especially in a moment of stress.
Unfortunately, one of the nurses told me I had to wheel the patient down myself instead of offering help. In contrast, Haxhi stepped in and did the right thing—putting the patient's well-being first. His support made a big difference, and I’m truly grateful.“
