John was clear and upfront about cost tradeoffs in repairs and completed the repairs and refinishing several rooms beautifully and on schedule.
John refurbished an old original maple floor we had hidden under 5 layers of flooring, rebuffed a section of our living room floor after it got scratched from other contractors, refurbished our front steps, and added thresholds to the doorways in the kitchen. Excellent work, fair price, he worked quickly, and was very knowledgeable.
Reasonable prices for quality flooring work. The owner & his brother completed the work of replacing some planks and refinishing all of it. The job was completed on schedule. They went above and beyond by coming back after the job was done to answer a question I had.
