Adrian and his team removed carpet and installed vinyl into my condo and did a wonderful job. I will summarize as follows:
1. From the beginning, Adrian was responsive, professional and easy to work with. He was very familiar with the construction requirements of my building which simplified the process even further.
2. The materials I ordered did not arrive on the anticipated date but Adrian was flexible and bought the materials himself at the store on the morning of so we could stay on track with the project.
3. Adrian and his team were very efficient and finished the project faster than expected while still providing the highest quality work.

Amazing job by Adrian and his team. They did a great job refinishing the existing hardwood upstairs and installed new hardwood in the kitchen for a seamless match. They also installed brand new vinyl flooring in the basement which looks beautiful. They worked quickly and efficiently and Adrian always answered my texts or calls. We are very happy with the results.
I can’t say enough great things about Adrian and his team at Unique Floors. He installed 1,250 sf of new white oak flooring plus he refinished approx. 500 sf of existing red oak flooring and the final product looks fantastic. He and his team showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of every day, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results! Plus, Adrian is one of only a select few National Wood Flooring Assn. (NWFA) certified professionals in the Chicago area which means he has undergone extensive education and training in the every aspect of the flooring industry. I highly recommend Unique Floors!!!
