“I called before I went because the salon I normally go to closed mid September. She called me and walked me through her process and even her education because I didn’t know you don’t need schooling to be a groomer. Went for the first time last weekend and she was so sweet and personable. Tracy cared about the personalities of my animals and learned to know who they are to support their cuts.
