I was a little nervous going in, but my wax specialist Melissa made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was so gentle, informative, and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. You can tell she’s been well trained and truly cares about her clients.

Eye exam today on, 4-25-2027. My exam went smooth, and great!! I was greeted by Jessica as I came into the eye office. She was very helpful, and wonder. Selena took me back for my eye prep before the exam, and she too was GREAT! The optometrist working that day to give me an exam was TOP NOTCH! She explained every detail about what she was doing, and answered all of my questions. I knew I made the right decision in getting care here! Will come back for my next eye exam!

I am a 75 year old woman who discovered my body was not able to do many everyday tasks as easily as I once did. I wasn’t ready to give in to this weakness. I was offered a special personal trainer trial session with Andrea and am so happy I took advantage of it! In just 10 sessions I found I was able to walk up and down stairs one at a time, balance much better, I built up my arm strength and flexibility. I can get up from low chairs unassisted, have strength in my legs and found the swelling in my legs has gone away. I go to this location to see Amanda. She is an amazing stylist. Amanda and two other stylist that have been at the location for 1-2 years are top tier talent. Great Clip should consider themselves to be extremely lucky to have that talent. Those three ladies could easily open their own shop and many customers would follow.

Great service call by Brandon show me the problems with my furnace pictures and all during service work! Recommended furnace replacement. Actually recommend ed a smaller furnace cheaper furnace! Dr. Otto, is the only dentist that will always ask as he's working are you ok? Checks your x-rays to make sure you don't have anything he sees to bring on any new possible problems. If you are looking for a great Dentist you must try Dr. Otto. He's located at Brookforest Dental. He is the very best!!! He is interested in his patients.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and it completely got rid of my migraine headaches…..had no idea that a chiropractic adjustment would do such a thing! Very laid back environment, no high pressure sales or anything. Dr Nomon is great!!!!
Dr. Ryan was running a $29 promo on Facebook. So my husband and I signed up for it. Our appointments were hours apart but the receptionist called that morning and said we both can come in at my husband’s time! Perfect! We get there. They are busy and we have plenty of time to fill out new patient paperwork and then we are taken into a room to wait until Dr is finished up with his morning patients. I could see and hear what he was doing and the patient had questions and Ryan would stop and take the time to explain to them the process of what he is doing and why. He also seems very close with his patients because they would talk about family life and etc! You usually don’t get that anymore. Dr. Ryan and my husband hit it off immediately and they pretty much talked the entire time. We were there for 3 hours total. But we both had X-rays done and adjustments. I’ve been going to Dr. Jenna for the last month and she has already helped improve my low back pain significantly. She does more than just an adjustment, she educates you what you can do at home to continue improving.
We love them! We take my whole crew of dogs here. . They are very caring, affordable and always helpful to get us in when we need it. All of the vets are very kind and they don’t rush you through anything. I always feel like my animals are cared for thoroughly here. And their prices are fair for sure!
Dr Robinson is always so kind and patient. He answers all my questions, and never seems rushed. His front staff is also awesome. My dog actually loves to go there....until we have to go in the exam room for vaccines.

Exemplary SERVICE, is how I would describe the Shorewood location of Massage Envy. Brittany has become my favorite therapist along with Basia as my esthetician. I have been a regular monthly sometimes twice monthly client, and I have been treated greatly. The staff that is supervised by Jamie is outstanding!!! Jamie, not only cares for her clients, but I have seen her care for her staff. I do not know any of them personally, but they make me feel like family. There is nothing I can't call and ask and get clarity on and I appreciate that. Jamie discreetly takes care of me, my family, my coworkers and my friends to the very best of her ability!
