“We have a 1.5 story with knee wall attics and it is much more comfortable now after having it air sealed and insulated. The upper floor is not hot anymore and we've needed to set the thermostat at a warmer temp or it gets too cool. That's a nice problem to have when you couldn't get it cool enough before. The basement isn't really cold anymore and there aren't the hot/cold spots in different rooms that we used to have.The team was great. Jim inspected the house and came up with the plan and Chris put the plan in place. The guys were there every day for some long hot days and always checked in morning and evening to let me know where things were at. Their attention to detail was impressive and they also cleaned up inside and out (no messes). Reliable and nice guys (that's hard when you've been in a 150 degree attic for days). We are very happy with Guaranteed Comfort. Thank you!“

“I have to say best customer service i have encountered in a long time. Needed a lennox part i could not fine myself. I gave them the very little information I had. Jay took the info and said he would give me a call. 1 day later I got the call and I could come pick up the part. Amazing in my opinion. Most places now a days you would never hear from again. On top of that the front staff were all amazing and nice, working with me and my unusual work hours so I could pick up the part. I am Very impressed. If I do have a more difficult heatpump issue in the future I know who I'm calling.“
