I had very service call with Hoffmann Brothers. May kitchen sink was completely stopped up and they were good at get it open and they gave me a free cameras scope to look at sewer line.

Excellent! Vincent arrived on time (ultra important to me), wore protective booties the entire time he was in my home (another plus for me), and he carefully and meticulously explained the entire process to me, even giving me cost saving tips along the way (which I appreciated). I will ask for him for future plumbing needs.

Replaced a 15 year old hot water heater. Received call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. He went over the options. Got the work done in a timely manner. Explained what he had done.
