The Customer service was Fantastic!!
Two people there i would like to highlight are Elizabeth in the office and Darren,sales man. (Over all good guy)
Elizabeth is always polite and very knowledgeable.
Darren, was polite, professional, answered all my questions, treated me with respect, and made sure I got everything I needed .
Cost was reasonable. He has many years of experience in the business, and he impressed me how he came out the next day or two to check up on the work that was done. He was all about what was in my best interest!

Excellent company. We have used them since 2009. They are quick to help if things go wrong and demonstrate expertise and professionalism. We had a big failure on 2 units on our home. They gave us 3 different options and helped us through the decision. They were excellent in following up. We recommend them. We replaced both systems and were quoted generous pricing.
Well this heat really took a toll on the A/C. What a blessing that B&W responded to the call. Adam came out and got us a reprieve. Yes decision need to be had and stress is high But Adam did great and was a super nice guy. I highly recommend B&W .. Ask for Adam he is a good guy..
