Our air conditioner went out at one of the hottest times of the summer. I know we probably were not the only ones. They did a great job. They worked fast, kept us informed and got us back up and running as soon as they could. Very professional great company, great people!

I recently had the control board for my Trane AC unit go out. I had a company come out and give me a quote. The quote seemed high after looking at part on line. I contacted Genes who had originally installed the unit for one of the previous owners of the house and they were out in a few days unlike the other company that took over a week. The control board was $200 less and they also installed a factory program module for $50 more total cost with service call than the other company’s quote for board only. I couldn’t be happier with Genes and they are now in my contact’s in my phone.
