Barrett Heating & Cooling, Inc.
“I have to say best customer service i have encountered in a long time. Needed a lennox part i could not fine myself. I gave them the very little information I had. Jay took the info and said he would give me a call. 1 day later I got the call and I could come pick up the part. Amazing in my opinion. Most places now a days you would never hear from again. On top of that the front staff were all amazing and nice, working with me and my unusual work hours so I could pick up the part. I am Very impressed. If I do have a more difficult heatpump issue in the future I know who I'm calling.”
McCormick Heating & Cooling
“They saved me once again! Woke up this morning to a very loud, strange sound from my AC. No air was blowing through the vents. Called them as this company is my first contact when anything heating and cooling goes wrong. I received a call back and had an appointment this afternoon. They identified the problem and plan to have it up and running later this afternoon. Always professional and make me a priority. Also seen the same individual for years! Fantastic company!”
