Fast forward to -
Recently I experienced sudden sharp pain in one eye. It was very unsettling. I called Family Optical. They understood my concern and worked to fit me in for an immediate exam.

The doctor was very kind. Her exam and testing was thorough, as she addressed possible causes. I was, thankfully, reassured that the cause was not related to any internal eye issues.

Carina, Shawn and the entire staff are both professional and responsive. I appreciated that they shared a sense of urgency for my eye health! I will highly recommend them to friends and family!“

“I have visited this store twice. Both times I've been looking at the selection of frames. Let me tell you the young woman working has been so patient, helpful and kind!! I have looked at probably 10-15 different frames and she helped me with every one and had more to show me!! She was absolutely lovely helping me choose a few favorites and answered all my questions!! I will be back this week to pick my favorite and place my order. The prices range from$10 to$130 for the frames I've been looking at and they have some of the same brands and styles as eye glass world where I was previously going for a much better price!! I will keep you posted once I get the lenses😁“
