I became a Family Optical patient a couple months ago when I was referred by a friend who suggested I get my new glasses there. I was pleased with Shawn’s guidance ….and patience 😊. I have been very happy with my two new pairs.
Fast forward to -
Recently I experienced sudden sharp pain in one eye. It was very unsettling. I called Family Optical. They understood my concern and worked to fit me in for an immediate exam.
The doctor was very kind. Her exam and testing was thorough, as she addressed possible causes. I was, thankfully, reassured that the cause was not related to any internal eye issues.

My husband and I have been coming to family optical for years. We love how easy they make selecting a new frame is. I get compliments all the time on my glasses. All their staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have and will continue to recommend Family Optical to my friends and family.
I came in to get my glasses fixed because one of the handles fell off & I came out super content. The employees are all super helpful and friendly.. they always come in clutch and just made my day !! I appreciate their kindness and help(: it goes a long way and shows there are plenty of nice people left in the world 🌎🤓🙏!!
