Family Optical Centre - Rockford

The ladies were so welcoming and friendly. I went in to see how much it would cost to clean my glasses and it was free of charge. Will be purchasing new glasses here! Thank you for your hospitality!

I've been a patient at Family Optical for almost 25 years. Even after moving to Wisconsin I've made the trip. The staff is great and the prices are reasonable. I have seen Dr. Gregg for around 20 years and she's the best optometrist I've had. Very easy on the eyes. (Pun intended.)

I became a Family Optical patient a couple months ago when I was referred by a friend who suggested I get my new glasses there. I was pleased with Shawn’s guidance ….and patience 😊. I have been very happy with my two new pairs.

Fast forward to -
Recently I experienced sudden sharp pain in one eye. It was very unsettling. I called Family Optical. They understood my concern and worked to fit me in for an immediate exam.

The doctor was very kind. Her exam and testing was thorough, as she addressed possible causes. I was, thankfully, reassured that the cause was not related to any internal eye issues.
