I am very disappointed about rockford office.
I took the exam and ordered my glasses on September 23. And they told me it would take two weeks to arrive and I'm still waiting.I have called many times and they cannot tell me when they will arrive. I am very upset and I don't think I would recommend anyone to use these services

Virtual appointment was horrible! The virtual tech was rude and condescending to the tech in the room with me. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. I wanted to look at frames but the selection was bare thanks to a patient who had 3 trays filled with at least 20 frames each on them. SMH.
I had a great experience at Primary Eye Care. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care.
I have very high astigmatism in both eyes, and eye exams have often felt rushed. At my previous appointment elsewhere, I was given a prescription that only corrected my vision to 20/50. I couldn’t see well enough with it and decided not to fill it.
I decided to give Primary Eye Care a chance, and I’m really glad I did. Even though they were busy, I was seen faster than I expected.
