Kelsey was an amazing and helpful person while she was helping me! She helped me choose my glasses and the doctor is always cheerful and informative. 5 stars is too low for such amazing service!

I stopped into Fielmann for the first time today. Chrissy was wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, and took care of my needs. The selection of glasses is top notch.

Broke my prescription motorcycle sunglasses and they had been discontinued. I was able to find the frames,took them to Fielmann Eye Care in Machesney Park. I was greeted by Maya and explained that I needed my old lenses put in to my new frames. She took them right back and had CJ help her fit them. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I appreciate great service. Thank you Maya and CJ
