First time going there today and I will definitely be going there for future exams and glasses. Dr. Francis was very thorough and detailed. Ariana was very sweet and professional, explained everything and answered any questions I had.. excellent service

Wow! I've been going here for at least three years now. They provide very thorough service, and they have kind and thoughtful staff. They knew that I needed to leave asap for a family event, and they made sure it happened. So grateful!

Yes good. I had to get an eye test for work, the rest of the places were booked a month out, but this place got me in the next day. Also, while I was waiting, one of the ladies helped me with my current glasses by replacing the nose pads with silicon pads. The reason is that the PVC pads that I had before were cutting into my nose. She just fixed them for free without my having to ask. I appreciate that because it had been hurting and bothering my face for quite some time, and she just fixed it. She went out of her way to help.
