One of my favorite people to work with at this location is Margarita, the eyeglass whisperer. I've been getting my glasses at this location for the past two years and in my opinion, she's the best person to make adjustments to my glasses. She can simply look at you one and tell what is wrong with the glasses and make the right tweaks that will set everything right. When no one else can fix the problem, Margarita is brought in.
I believe she is also the office manager, and I can always tell when she's in office because the work flow is organized and moves with great efficiency. Her customer care is unmatched, and I always hope that she's in when I go in for my visit....read full review
