Brady Sr was great! He's very personable. The only reason I give a 4 star is because he showed up over an hour after we were told someone would be there. It would have been nice to just have been informed of that. He also gave a one year warranty which is cool. This is my first time having to use a plumber, so I assume $550 is an average price to have an outside main drain rodded out from an apartment building.
Jesse and Sam did a great job for us . Cleaned up after themselves. Waited around to make sure everything's was working. A++++ for this team. Really helped us handicapped people.

Especially Sam worked tirelessly so many days and hours, custom fitted the new copper pipes, and solved a problem that had been stressing out for weeks. The pricing was transparent.
