When I was referred to pro Med.
I was in so much pain, not to mention I hadn't had sleep since February the 16th due to my sciatica. My first treatment started on March the 24th and Cathy assured me I would be feeling better sooner than later..

“I took my Dad to the VA this morning for an appointment.

I dropped my Dad off at the door, park the car and went and sat down with him. 2 minutes later we were called back into a room. Beth, the RN started what she needed to do right away!

We didn't send the room for half an hour before someone came back!

Then, within 5 minutes Dr. Friedrich entered the room and attended to my Dad.

Dr. Friedrich and Beth explained everything, were attentive and kind.

It makes my heart warm when I stumble upon these situations! Unfortunately, they are few and far between!

“I’ve been dealing with severe tree pollen allergies for the entire month of May, and it really wore me down—so much that I suspected a respiratory infection. I decided to visit the Jewel Immediate Care on 95th Street, and I’m really glad I did.

The doctor was helpful and informative. She prescribed antibiotics and also told me something I hadn’t known before—that taking Mucinex daily can actually increase mucus production. Since my congestion isn’t too bad now, I’ll be stopping it. I had been feeling mucus in my chest and now I believe the Mucinex might’ve been making it worse.

My overall experience at this location was great. I walked in and waited only about 30 minutes. While I waited for my prescription, I did a little grocery shopping, and my meds were ready just minutes after I finished.

A big plus—if you have Medicaid, the visit is completely free, and you don’t need to make an appointment online ahead of time. I would highly recommend this immediate care at the Jewel on 95th street to anyone looking for fast, professional help.“

“Dr. Muzykansky has been our family physician for many years. He is a kind and compassionate doctor. His staff is the same way. The girls bend over backwards to get us in when we have an emergency or even when it isn't an emergency. The girls deal with the pharmacy/insurance company when an issue arises. We have never had a problem getting an appointment at our convenience. He mixes prescription medications with over-the-counter remedies for all our situations. He listens to every thing we say and offers us options. There is never a long wait time. He takes his time with each patient. Never rushes us out of the office. If I could give 10 stars I would.“
