“This was my first visit. It is VERY rare to get good customer service. Even more rare to get both great service with the registration associate and the person taking your labs. I was greeted with a smile. I had an issue with my orders but wasn’t turned away. They offered suggestions and we got the order in the system. The lab tech was so pleasant and personable I felt like we knew each other before. You can tell she likes her job and I couldn’t appreciate that more. Due to my perimenopause I couldn’t remember where this location was. I was determined to leave this review. It took me a month but I was finally able to find it. Highly recommend this location. I wish I had names but my visit was June 30th around 3pm. Thanks ladies you deserve the recognition.”
