I am a new patient to Suburban healthcare. I've been seen at the Plainfield office and the Joliet office. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen. I walk out no more than 20 mins later with a medical plan, referral authorizations in hand, and my prescriptions already in progress. I appreciate the prompt and friendly service I get from all staff members!! :)
Very impressed with the staff of Suburban Healthcare! One member in particular (Myra) went out of her way to bring samples/medicine from the Plainfield office down to the Joliet office, which saved time and effort! Thanks Myra!
Dr Pethkar has been my Dr for over 30 years. I met him at Ranch medical and we he left I followed!!! Best Dr EVER!! His assistant Myra is dedicated and detailed oriented. Great care from them both ??
