The receptionist, the MA, the Phlebotomist & the PA, were all polite, kind , caring , knowledgeable & helpful. This was a great experience after fighting Covid for 11days , made a great impression on me . This will be my new location to come to .

I visited the urgent care and had 2 subsequent follow-up appointments. The staff on the first 2 visits was amazing! Very professional and kind and extremely throrough. The nurse actually held my hand during part of my procedure. They provided me with very good info for my follow-up care and even gave me a referral. I would've given them 5 stars but the staff on the 3rd day was very cold and rushed. I asked for a gown for modesty and the gentleman rushed out of the room. The doctor that day was rushing so much so that she realized that she forgot to give me vital information as she was rushing out the door. She was not thorough. Overall the experience went well.

I can tell you confidently that I never thought I'd be writing a review for an urgent care facility, but here I am...I've had to go twice in the last several months and both times have been phenomenal. I want to give a huge amount of praise to Brian Lenehan and Joshua O Krohse, as well as the rest of the staff there.They were very empathetic, acted like they cared, and treated me with respect and professionalism. When you're not feeling well, or in pain, the last thing you want is someone who treats you like a number. I'm happy to say that the staff at this location are far from that.I hope I don't have to see them again, but if I do, I know I'll be in great hands.
