I couldn’t have been any happier with my visit to Men’s Health Chicago in Naperville! I was greeted the moment I walked in. The tech was very friendly. The nurse practitioner was extremely helpful and patient. I had many questions and she made sure to answer them all thoroughly. I definitely have confidence in them and recommend them.
After a frustrating runaround with another clinic that canceled my first appointment and pushed me months back, I called Men’s Healthcare Chicago in Naperville and everything changed. From the very first phone call the team was exceptional — the woman who answered was unbelievably patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She calmly walked me through every question, stayed on the line while I sent paperwork, and even helped me correct an error without a hint of impatience.
