“Today my yearly appt was as good as it gets. Bloodwork was fast, as usual, and I was called for my appt within 10 minutes. The lab had an extra vial of what I needed for my injection and everything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Past appointments took several hours with lots of wait time. Whatever Alpha Med is doing to get things back on track and keep things moving worked today. Very pleased and told the doctor how pleased I was. He said they are working to improve wait times.“

“I go to this practice specifically for Danielle Ratazak NPI met her in Coal City at a different practice, when she left there I followed her here. I have been with her for the last 9 years!! I think she is the best!! If she ever leaves this practice I will follow wherever she goes!! If you go here ask for Danielle Ratazak NP!!! She will always listen no matter what! I have never had an issue with making appointments, I always get in or a call if I need script refills she will make sure they are filled before you run out!!!I'm telling you she is one of the BEST!!!“

“It was a routine visit. I was approached about my insurance needs, probably because it is open enrollment and there is a push by insurance. I thought I was seeing a doctor, but I did not. I’m not sure of the position of the woman I saw. She was knowledgeable and caring. She expressed concerns over the things I declined, but respected my decisions. She went above and beyond to meet my needs for vaccinations needed for future travel. I have recommended this office to a neighbor.“

“The NP could not do enough for me. I had been dealing with a bad cold that refused to go away. When I finally went to urgent care, the stated wait time was 3 hours. However, I was seen in less than half of that. The NP still spent time with me, not rushing, and did a thorough exam. She then had me stay for a breathing treatment and came back in afterwards to see if my lungs sounded better. She sent my prescriptions over to my pharmacy immediately. The standard of care was excellent.“
