“I go to this practice specifically for Danielle Ratazak NPI met her in Coal City at a different practice, when she left there I followed her here. I have been with her for the last 9 years!! I think she is the best!! If she ever leaves this practice I will follow wherever she goes!! If you go here ask for Danielle Ratazak NP!!! She will always listen no matter what! I have never had an issue with making appointments, I always get in or a call if I need script refills she will make sure they are filled before you run out!!!I'm telling you she is one of the BEST!!!“
“It was a routine visit. I was approached about my insurance needs, probably because it is open enrollment and there is a push by insurance. I thought I was seeing a doctor, but I did not. I’m not sure of the position of the woman I saw. She was knowledgeable and caring. She expressed concerns over the things I declined, but respected my decisions.
