“I was in search of a groomer for my two dogs, in which one of them had terrible matted hair around his ears. I felt like a terrible owner for missing that area and getting his hair so long. However, everyone at Duke and Friends were very non-judgmental and were very empathetic to my situation. I felt very welcomed and my two pups looked so handsome after the visit. “These folks are top notch. After using them for the first time I am very happy with their service. My dogs have never been so soft and sweet smelling. They must have really brushes them out well. They are usually a little stressed out after grooming, but not this time! They were happy and playful! Not only did they do better than was expected, they must also have a very gentle touch and trustworthy nature for my anxiety riddled chihuahua to feel so comfortable. “I've been struggling for 5 years trying to find the right groomer. I just moved to the area and came across Barks In Style and I am so happy I did! The staff is very nice and the owner is a kind, good hearted person. I feel like I've know her for years and it's been only a couple months! I have a mini golden doodle and his fur takes so much maintenance and they really do such an amazing job. I barely need to give instructions on the cut they really know what there doing and it's feels good to have a groomer I can trust with my furbaby.“

“First of all: the idea of getting your car washed while you’re washing your dog!??? AMAZING.We didn’t utilize the car wash service today but we did come for the dog wash and it was perfect. $15 for 20 minutes of private, easy and efficient self wash. All the functionalities were there and worked great. The sprayer had shampoo, conditioner, flea spray, then rinse, and blow dry. The steps were all written out too if anyone needs them. Everything was super easy, loved it. I especially loved that the dryer hose was pretty quiet as compared to dryers I’ve used before (and even my own hair dryer which is super loud) so I really appreciated that because usually I have to put a towel on her ears but My dog was calm the whole time. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“I've been going to Furology for about the last 7 months and have been happy with it. The staff (Analyse and Jeremy have done our grooms) are friendly and communicate how my dog did with each groom and offer suggestions for between grooms and anything they see that could be a health concern. Grooms are done in a visible area and my dog looks great when she comes out.“

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Vet gave our dog a thorough check-up and made some useful recommendations. The pricing also seemed very fair.
