Where do I begin?!! We have been going to THE DOG STOP for years, but they just continue to exceed my expectations! We were 15 minutes late past closing last night due to a flight delay. I spoke to several members of the team who assured me that they would wait so I could get my timid dog out of boarding. I didn’t even ask, they OFFERED! Plus, they had groomed him later in the afternoon so he was fresh and clean for pickup. Evie is a rockstar! Went above and beyond-so kind and sweet-stayed late and even gave him extra treats! Sarah, the general manager called me today as a follow up….service is just second to none!
Absolutely love this place ! I’m so happy that I’ve found this dog daycare for my Daisy. From the staff and to the dog daycare is amazing , I would recommend bringing your pet to have some fun with this business. Daisy loves attending school each and everyday , we appreciate the warmth and kindness.
I thought the organization and structure worked great. Minus the short time period when my dog was in the kennel due to the belief that he was intact and separating him from other dogs; Despite the fact that he is indeed neutered😂. The customer service was very friendly.
I think the price is reasonable, but not for multiple times a week, each week.
