“My puppy and I love Pampered Pup’z!! The staff is kind, friendly, caring, helpful, and they truly love working with your furry friends!! They were incredibly helpful as my puppy was adjusting to doggy care, and gave him little breaks when he was too hyped up playing with friends! We worked together on training and learning how to play with other dogs and humans.

Their facility is spacious and always sparkling clean! When your puppy goes in for grooming, they come out with a shiny, good smelling coat, and an adorable bandana around their neck. They do special activities at every holiday like Halloween dress up and pictures, pictures with Santa, lucky ornaments for St. Patrick’s day, and an Easter egg hunt, just to name a few!

We adopted a dog on Christmas, and within a week, we had him enrolled in the one-on-one boot camp 4-week training program. It is difficult to say who enjoyed the experience more, myself or my dog. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and consistently demonstrated a positive demeanor, which is understandable given they are around adorable dogs all day. Rhiannon's work with Marshal was outstanding; she provided us clear and precise instructions. We particularly valued the personalized one-on-one training sessions and the daily video updates on his progress.“

Lindsay listened to what I wanted and took amazing care of him. She gave him a fresh summer cut. Marissa is always kind and greets my dog by name at the door. They are accommodating and excellent communicators. I recommend this place whenever I get the chance.“

“I’ve been searching for a place for my nervous mama’s boy who hates getting his nails done and bathed. We were both welcomed with the warmest, kindness, and above and beyond service. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and even had a special set up for pictures. Jessica called me back in a very quick manner for scheduling, Megan was a very efficient multitasker and groomer. She took care of my sweet Cooper. She checked his glands and didn’t see any problems, which I appreciate the professionalism. He got an adorable Valentine’s Day bandana to top it off! “This kennel was great. Friendly staff and nice large outdoor area for dogs to play. But unfortunately the Grayslake facility closed in October. Evidently permanently so. Nobody seems to know why but c'est La vie“

“Carolyn has been grooming my pups for almost 8 years now! I have two elderly dogs with arthritis and she is always so patient and gentle. My husky mix always comes back with a shining coat that smells amazing! She has even bathed my naughty potbelly pig!! All of my dogs love her. She is very great priced, always gets us in when needed, and kind along with very educational. I would recommend her to anyone!!!“
