With clear communication, pet owners can expect perfect results. The groomers are gentle and patient, even with sensitive pets, and will stop if necessary to avoid causing discomfort. Liberty Dog Spa leaves pets looking and smelling amazing, making them happy and relaxed. Customers are thrilled with the grooming services at Liberty Dog Spa. One customer's 2-year-old Bernedoodle has never looked better since finding this groomer. Another customer has been bringing their two Shishons for 5 years and is grateful for the wonderful company, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable groomers, even with their dog that is difficult to groom. A customer's Border Collie, Roxy, was nervous at first but came out beautiful and calm thanks to the excellent work of groomer Jocelyn.
My Goldendoodles love their groomer and they always come out from their spa day looking and smelling so good! My groomer takes her time even when they’ve had some matting. You can tell she truly loves what she does and loves the dogs! I’m so happy I’ve found her!
Took my golden retriever here after weeks of shedding chaos at home. They handled him really gently and even gave updates during the session. Coat looked smooth, nails trimmed properly, and he smelled fresh without that overpowering perfume some places use. Pickup was slightly delayed but they apologized politely.
Vlad did extremely beautiful grooming on my Bishon. I’m so happy with the way Vlad grooms my baby. He’s very gentle patient and understanding. Most importantly Vlad listens to customers request concerns
