She genuinely cares about her patients and takes an active interest in your recovery, always checking on your progress and asking if there's anything else you need. When I needed an MRI, she went above and beyond by helping me find imaging locations and even offered to help if I ran into insurance issues. That level of care is hard to find. I went in with a shoulder that had very limited mobility (like 45 degrees to the side and the the front), a persistent achy pain and a lot of weakness, and 4 sessions later I’m above 90 degrees and feeling so much stronger, with no pain. The entire staff is so friendly and thoughtful, and the holistic approach has been very effective for me. “I've gone to vitality wellness on and off for a few years and they've always been amazing for whatever I was going in for at the time. But this past June I got shingles at the age of 35 out of no where and had my life turned upside down. The pain was debilitating, after about 3 1/2 weeks and lots of research I found that a lot of people saw relief from acupuncture, so in to vitality I went and literally within a day and a half I was pain free. Yes was I taking supplements and very much not in the peak of it BUT I think if I would've went sooner it would've been done that much quicker. Christina knew exactly what to do, and I can't be more grateful for her. She took the gentlest care of me, and our follow up she was so elated I was no longer in a flare. I'll continue to see her until I move out of state and forever refer anyone to her in the area.”

After 1wk with 2 sessions I eliminated a bad mucus out of my sinuses & I finally experienced clear breathing. I continued the treatment with Dr Lee twice a wk for 2 months. When I came to health source, they didn’t promise to fix everything as that’s not possible, but they did guarantee they would work with me and do everything they could to make sure I could get some relief and more holistic care. Since I’ve been coming, things are not all of sudden better since that will take time, but I have started seeing small improvements. Dr. Katie and Ashley really care about their patients and I feel like they took the time to actually listen to me regarding my struggles.
