I personally see Dr. Naveed for chiropractic care, and she is kind, caring, and deeply knowledgeable. When it comes to massage and bodywork, I’ve seen almost everyone, and you truly cannot go wrong—each therapist brings a unique style and perspective. Anthony has been a godsend for me, but Ada and Tiara are also phenomenal. I’ve also seen Alison and Maria, and would happily go back to any of them. Scheduling with Ada or Anthony can take some time, but the waitlist works beautifully, and honestly every therapist here is great.

One of the biggest perks is that they accept my insurance, which allows me to get two massages per month very affordably. I highly recommend checking your own benefits—regular therapeutic bodywork might be more accessible than you think.
