I worked with Jen throughout my entire pregnancy (from the day of my frozen embryo transfer to my induction) and I am confident the consistent acupuncture visits contributed to a very smooth and healthy pregnancy! I have been coming to the Nest for the past 11 months and Jen and Julie have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my duo stim IVF cycle. IVF can be a very stressful experience, but working with Jen and Julie provided a calming and supportive approach to my treatment. They provided positive support and knowledgeable health advice to help keep me focused and prepared every step of the way. I absolutely love the Nest! After struggling with infertility for a few years, I asked my dr to give me some time to try one last thing, (acupuncture), before diving full force into infertility treatments. I started seeing Jen in Dec 2022, she was extremely kind, patient and super knowledgeable! I listened to every single piece of advice she gave me and followed her recommended diet changes.
