I first started coming for some depression and anxiety support. As things got better, my goals shifted to becoming pregnant. Being an older mom, I was worried about conception and health but was able to conceive in the second month with a healthy pregnancy thanks to the rebalancing work I have been doing with Sonia. 😊

I’m so grateful I found Sonia. I was 36 weeks pregnant and suffering from sciatica that was so bad I couldn’t walk (like I had to crawl around my house sometimes). My physical therapist told me that I likely wouldn’t find relief until I delivered my baby. I didn’t like that answer and turned to the internet where I found some Redditors who also had terrible pregnancy sciatica and found relief in acupuncture/cupping. I went to Sonia after going to my GP running medical tests and realizing what I had was not a medical issue. What I really needed was TLC for my heart and soul. Sonia has been an amazing support to me. She listens carefully without judgement or criticism and lets you take control your healing and spiritual journey. With only 3 treatments she has assisted me in taking control and direction of my life. I highly recommend the flower essence therapy as it was extremely helpful in soothing my nervous system.
