I've gone to vitality wellness on and off for a few years and they've always been amazing for whatever I was going in for at the time. But this past June I got shingles at the age of 35 out of no where and had my life turned upside down. The pain was debilitating, after about 3 1/2 weeks and lots of research I found that a lot of people saw relief from acupuncture, so in to vitality I went and literally within a day and a half I was pain free. Yes was I taking supplements and very much not in the peak of it BUT I think if I would've went sooner it would've been done that much quicker.
