“Everyone was so patient with my pup, who is anxious and reactive. They went slow and modified the process to accommodate her. They listened to my concerns and repeated back to me what they were hearing me say, then walking through what they observed in my dog. They worked with me on cost and determining what should be done now and what can wait. Definitely a positive experience for both of us.”
“We've been bringing our dogs here for about two years, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The entire staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they always do their best to get us on the schedule quickly when something comes up. The doctors take the time to listen to our concerns, explain our options, involve us in decisions, and make us feel like our pets are genuinely cared for. Dr. Masterton cared for our senior dog throughout the last two years of her life, and I am especially grateful for the kindness and attention she gave both her and us. When we recently lost her, the support Dr. Masterton and the entire clinic showed our family during such a difficult time meant more than I can put into words. It's clear that the people here truly care about the animals and families they work with. I trust them with our pets and would recommend this clinic without hesitation.”
“When my dog was attacked by a dog three times her size, we truly didn’t know whether she would survive. Thanks to the lifesaving care of the veterinary team at Bowes Animal Hospital, I still have my girl today.
Bowes Animal Hospital was the closest clinic to our home on the night of the attack. It was only minutes before closing when we called ahead, but the team immediately put an emergency action plan in place. When we arrived, Dr. Cassie was waiting outside so they could rush my dog in for surgery without delay.
Dr. Sunny, Dr. Singh, Cassie and Aldo, along with the entire team, sprang into action. They did everything possible to give her a chance and even stayed seven hours past closing to ensure she was stable enough to go home.
At every appointment, they treated my dog with incredible compassion, patience, and determination. They kept us informed throughout the process, checked in on the days we weren’t there, and continued to follow up even months after her accident. These veterinarians are not only exceptional at what they do but also incredible human beings who genuinely care about the animals they treat.
I will forever be grateful to Bowes Animal Hospital and the entire team for saving my dog’s life and giving me more time with my girl.”
