“VAC pet clinic in Woodstock had an opening on Friday, the same day Pets in Motion canceled. VAC very caring and listened to the issues our Shiba Inu was suffering from. She found a dead field mouse in our yard, that most likely had mites all over it. Sasha, our Shiba Inu was constantly scratching her snout and ears until they bled. The doctors prescribed the correct ear medication and antibiotics for Sasha. After 4 days in treatment Sasha is herself again. That Saturday morning, staff @ VCA called to check on Sasha nad how she was doing. Definitely recommend this facility and staff for my pets needs.“

“We have been taking our dog here for almost 10 years. The experience is always pleasant but this most recent visit (12/26/22) was the best one we had. We saw a new vet there, Dr. Achille, she was wonderful! She explained everything so that I could understand it and didn't make me feel judged for declining certain things. She made it so that I felt like a good dog mom. I will continue to visit this facility and recommend others do the same! I also hope this vet sticks around for awhile, she is fantastic! The ladies working the front desk were great too! They went above and beyond so that I felt taken care of and even highlighted the follow up appointment so I could easily find it. “The entire staff at the hospital was extremely compassionate and kind. The were quick to respond and very easy to work with. We brought in our sick dog, Stu, this week and made the difficult decision to euthanize him. Dr. Burgess was very forthcoming with his prognosis and we appreciated that candor. Our previous vet had not been as realistic and forthcoming about him. We think it prolonged his suffering and gave us false hope. When we brought him in to say goodbye they were very thoughtful about our visit. They brought us directly into the room so we didn't have to go through the main entrance. They explained the entire process to us and gave us time to be with him. They sent us home with lots of support resources and memories. They took the time to print a picture of him and provided us with a memory book for us to write our favorite memories of him. It's the little things like that, that make this difficult time bearable.“
