Everyone was so patient with my pup, who is anxious and reactive. They went slow and modified the process to accommodate her. They listened to my concerns and repeated back to me what they were hearing me say, then walking through what they observed in my dog. They worked with me on cost and determining what should be done now and what can wait. Definitely a positive experience for both of us.
The vet techs & vet were very helpful, patient & kind!! The front desk staff was not as friendly they were sitting at the front desk and didn’t acknowledge us leaving by saying goodbye or thank you after we had just spent hundreds of dollars there.
ACC was accommodating with many appointments available online, making it easy for my cat to be seen and easing my worries!
