“We had such a positive experience working with Mr. Rooter. From the start the lady who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was so kind. She sent Shaun out to our house. He was here under a hour. He ran his equipment twice through our pipe. But unfortunately it did not do it. Shaun sat down with me and explained was going on with our plumbing. He scheduled a man from their company to come and look down our pipe with camera. At no extra cost.
