Had a backed up pipe seemingly out of nowhere. Called Mr. Rooter of Peoria and they dispatched Sean right away. His communication was impeccable and his knowledge put me at ease. He then hooked me in to the next layer of support, a camera person to more deeply explore the drain. Thank you, Sean, for coming out and helping me figure out the drain clog. I will call this company first from now on.
Sean came out today because we had a clogged line. He was in and out within about 30 minutes, and everything was fixed! Wonderful customer service, easy to talk to, and easy to understand what was going on. 10/10 recommend Sean!
