Though we didn’t have our issue resolved at the time of visit, Kevin was genuine with his attention to detail in diagnosing the root cause of what was wrong with our drain issue and dishwasher. If we need any future plumbing services we will be in contact.

I highly recommend calling Mr rooter. These guys were great and professional, explaining every step of the way and even talking to my insurance adjuster to explain things to them. Jason was great to work with and just a top notch class act all the way. Jacob had to come and do some digging and replace the old Sewer line with new, Plus clean out.He did a fantastic job. I will say it again highly recommend!!!

Both of the plumbers were very kind and came very quickly after I made the call. The situation isn’t resolved yet as it sounds like a big problem but hopefully it will be resolved soon. I will update if needed later.
