Sean came out first and was very friendly and helped get me up and running. Corey came out and diagnosed the true problem and within just a few days a major problem was taken care of. Many thanks to all of the workers who were extremely nice and very professional.
I had a clogged that I could not resolve. Everything was backing up into my showers and sinks. 1 call to Mr. Router at 8am, guys were at my house by 10am, the snaked the drains and could not clear the issue, called the office to have supervisor bring out drain camera and found I had a collapsed sewer line in my front yard . They immediately scheduled a crew to come out the following am and by 330pm the next day everything was fixed! They even had financing if needed. Tha k god my homeowners covered it! They even helped me file the claim! Can't say enough about the guys feom Mr. Rooter! Very professional and fast!
Had a backed up pipe seemingly out of nowhere. Called Mr. Rooter of Peoria and they dispatched Sean right away. His communication was impeccable and his knowledge put me at ease. He then hooked me in to the next layer of support, a camera person to more deeply explore the drain. Thank you, Sean, for coming out and helping me figure out the drain clog. I will call this company first from now on.
