He was able to get me in the schedule in just a couple days and called before he came to confirm our appointment ( in addition to text reminders that were greatly appreciated). After a couple days, the toilet began whistling again. Derek came over and completely replaced all the toilet insides for no additional service charge (I paid only parts). He was friendly, personable, polite and great with my dog. I couldn’t recommend him more.“

After about fifteen minutes of detective work, he discovered the problem. An hour later it was fixed for waaaay less than we expected to have to pay. “I wanted to give the best rating I could for Tucker Plumbing! Dave came out to my house to help me with an issue with my water backing up into my tub when my washing machine was running. He was very upfront on costs and the work that he could do he didn't promise me anything but said we could give it a try and see if it would fixed it. He ran a machine through my main sewage line to clean it out. It fixed the problem, I got lucky to not have bigger issues. He also fixed a leaky faucet handle I had on my outside faucet, which I didn't even ask him to. Dave was very professional and very kind and knowledgeable. I absolutely will recommend them to anyone who asks. I've already given his name a number to a couple people thanks again Dave! I appreciate all your help!“
