My experience with Superior Water has exceeded my expectations in every way. Brandon responded to my request for information shockingly fast, provided answers to all my questions, and arranged installation quickly. The installer (I can’t remember his name) called me on arrival to discuss my preference, and did a professional and clean install that looks great. The water quality is excellent. Soft without being slimy, tastes great, and the softener uses significantly less salt than our old unit. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and will happily recommend Superior to anyone needing water treatment.

I recently purchased a new Kinetico water softener system from Superior Water Systems, and I couldn't have been more pleased.Our salesman was Brandon, and he was excellent! If you want someone who will give you just the facts, answer any and all questions you have, and not push any products, Brandon is your man. Oh, and he remains available to you for after-sales support too. He is a rockstar.And when it comes to installation, Phil did an incredible job! He was extremely thorough and exceptionally tidy. From my first phone call to Superior Water to the final follow-up visit, every person I dealt with was great. Patrick (sales) arrived and asked if he should remove his shoes before coming in. He was very helpful in explaining our options. Friendly smile and kind demeanor. He even made friends with our pup! Phillip (install) did a fantastic job. He was clean/organized during the install, talked through everything he was doing and went above and beyond to make the area where our water softener sat, cleaner and routed water lines in a neat manner. Our old Kinetico was estimated to be about 40 years old. Great product! 5 stars for these guys. Highly recommend!
