Woke up Friday AM 11/11/22 to find stool clogged up, yeeky water in shower floor plus water surrounding the basement floor drain in furnace room. Then noticed soaked carpet in room adjacent to furnace room where floor drain had overflowed. A mess and immediately I’m a little panicked as to what to do. Had used Mike before so gave him a call at 6:30AM and left message. Got call back in about 10 minutes and he said I’ll be there within the hour and they where. Please note it does say on the internet they open at 8:00AM but responded to may message ASAP.They came as stated and immediately assessed situation and went to sewer clean out in front yard.
